Do I have to pay a fee to register?
No, registering your property is completely free.
You only pay once a rental agreement is actually concluded. In this case, we charge one month’s rent (excluding VAT) for a minimum rental period of 12 months. Is the rental period shorter? Then we will settle this pro rata, with a minimum of €850,- excluding VAT.
What if I don't want to rent out my property right away yet?
No problem! You can register your property in advance, up to a maximum of 1.5 months before it becomes available for rent. This allows us to start preparations and finding the right tenant on time.

How quickly can my property be rented?
That depends on several factors, such as location and rent. But good news: the demand for rental properties is high, so chances are we’ll find a suitable tenant for you soon.
